No one came today and then falsified my signature...there is NO problem with the vent. So Nicholas lied to AHS. I am very upset. I had a service request from American Home Service . Nicholas was assigned to come...not sure if Rockport or Victoria. He lied to AHS and said he had come back to my house and found it was a dryer vent issue. He NEVER checked as he did not come to my house. My husband had already checked the dryer vent and found it to be clear. Nicholas also forged my signature on the form that informs me of possible damage to floors etc. I did not sign that form the first visit, nor did I sign that form on alleged 2nd visit that no one actually came for!! Now I am having to get a second opinion from AHS. I have been without a dryer for a couple of weeks and I am having to spend a LOT of money at laundry matt. I have a 9 person family!! I need these costs reimbursed by SEARS! I also need the $100 service request fee reimbursed. Now they have put in for another service request...would you PLEASE make sure to send someone else and to make sure they fix my dryer!! None of the actions taken by SEARS technician NICHOLAS are acceptable. In fact forging my signature is against the law. Tina Crawford Seadrift, TX 77983 Update: Sent Martin out today, he finds a sensor had been bypassed causing it to overheat and melt...WE did not do that, it HAD to be the first tech. From SEARS. So now our Insurance won't pay due to Martin saying it had been tampered with. SIR, YOUR technician TAMPERED with it, WE did not...my husband took the back off to try to see why it had gone out again...he FOUND it burnt out and all melted. The first tech could have caused a house fire! SEARS should be thankful that they are not responsible for that and should just take responsibility for the repair/replacement of the dryer!

Upon coming of repair tech started a short cycle and left while washer was filling. When washer began next step it produced a loud shrieking sound. Impossible to contact provider who performed repairs (AI enabled only——lousy!!!) Had to begin a new claim.

I hired Sears home services to repair our LG refrigerator what we got was a miss diagnosis of the problem which caused a working part to be switched out with an Amazon part (14.98) charge over $600.00 for repair my Refrigerator is broken and I've had to hire a repair shop to fix my refrigerator with original LG parts with cost me another $600.00 I will be addressing this with Sears home services as soon as I get the repair completed. I will not recommend Sears home services

My dryer is not working I paid 450 for dryer to work. That why I got ya to fix my dryer.and ya didn't give me a reciet.or phone number.the technician came twice and didn't work only work15 minutes bad causes charge to much didn't get recipients for the parts

The technician was rude. He was very frustrated when I said I wanted to check my washing machine after he said he was done. He said to me “I would not be leaving if it wasn’t repaired” I had questions about the machine. I wanted to make sure it wouldn’t leak, and I wanted to get it set up on my phone again. I have the right to check the work before the service person leaves. After I checked it and thanked him, he stormed out the door. This guy needs an attitude adjustment and some customer service training.

My experience with your company has been very disappointing. I have made numerous appointments that have been overlooked by your workers. We have wasted many hours waiting for those 8 to 5 appointments that nobody ever came so I would rate your company less than one star I have been very disappointed and will And will not buy another warranty from your company.

Martin with A&E Factory Service was the technician and repairing an ice maker with excess water spraying the ice after the ice tray had emptied was apparently above his knowledge. He said it wasn't supposed to do that and there was not a fix and left saying have a good day when I was asking him a question. Very rude.
