The repairman was punctual. He was here over an hour due to completing a thorough checkup. He did not find a problem with the ice machine.

Communication was terrible initially and the Sears warranty people didn't place my initial call correctly. I had to wait another week to get someone to come out. He didn't have the correct part to fix my washer. They ordered the part, had to wait another week for the repair person to come out. Thankfully it was the correct part. Cost me over $200 that I had to pay in advance. Not impressed with this service. Hopefully it will improve.
