Communication was terrible initially and the Sears warranty people didn't place my initial call correctly. I had to wait another week to get someone to come out. He didn't have the correct part to fix my washer. They ordered the part, had to wait another week for the repair person to come out. Thankfully it was the correct part. Cost me over $200 that I had to pay in advance. Not impressed with this service. Hopefully it will improve.

when scheduling the appointment i gave model number and serial number and what the problem was. When technicians arrived he had to look up model number and serial number to find the part i needed.. He said he would have to order part an come back 2 weeks later to install. Why not have the part with you? All the information was given to him days before he arrived.

Quote to make a 15 minute repair was over $400. Pretty greedy. I declined.

No show. Contractor evidently called the alternate number rather than my primary number, got no response and went to another customer. They sent me a bill for not answering the wrong phone. Called FAHW and they called contractor and verified they didn't actually go to house. I had checked my security cameras and already knew that. Supposed to call me back today but haven't heard from them.

My dryer is not working I paid 450 for dryer to work. That why I got ya to fix my dryer.and ya didn't give me a reciet.or phone number.the technician came twice and didn't work only work15 minutes bad causes charge to much didn't get recipients for the parts

The technician was rude. He was very frustrated when I said I wanted to check my washing machine after he said he was done. He said to me “I would not be leaving if it wasn’t repaired” I had questions about the machine. I wanted to make sure it wouldn’t leak, and I wanted to get it set up on my phone again. I have the right to check the work before the service person leaves. After I checked it and thanked him, he stormed out the door. This guy needs an attitude adjustment and some customer service training.
