Horrible Service. Martin has come out several times with every type of excuse to not work on my fridge. This has lasted 6 months!!! Only good thing is that Lowe’s who offered the warranty service honored their can’t fix it will buy you a new fridge policy.

On my service order I wrote can’t read serial number. So I paid 100 dollars for the repairman to tell me can’t work on it because it does have serial number. So they told they would set some else to work on it. Well a week later haven’t heard a word from them. Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!! But y’all got your money.

The worst! I had multiple visits by many sears repairmen. None of them could fix my refrigerator. I finally asked for my money back from sears but they would only give me a partial refund from the last visit. They said that i still needed to pay the trip fee even though the guy did not fix my refrigerator. No wonder sears shops have closed all over the country. I will not buy anything or do any business with any entity that has any relationship with sears ever again.

Took 2 months for our refrigerator to get fixed excuse after excuse. And ur telephone service sucks. No one to literally talk to. Everything was done online. Very poor communication.

Awful experience. They have been here four times and it’s still not repaired. I report this in September, it’s now November. I want my $500.00 back so I can purchase another washing machine. I have had surgery and I can no longer go to the laundromat. REFUND MY MONEY!
