My mom has warranty for this part. The only thing I am upset with, this is my mom’s second time in a month to have her washer worked on for the same part. She had not been able to wash clothes for a month because of this part. When the part came in I called to reschedule the appt two weeks ago and when I spoke to the agent she told us that there is another part that needs to come in and there wasn’t any other part order. Therefore my mom could have been able to have her washer working instead of her hand washing her clothes at 80 years old
