Dishwasher repair done by technician Johnny B. Very professional, knowledgeable about equipment, diagnosed problem quickly, ordered parts and rescheduled return before he left our home. The parts arrived on time, and Johnny came in and very carefully installed the needed parts, while giving us instructions on how to improve the efficiency of the dishwasher. Very enjoyable to visit with him, and believe that he is dedicated to doing quality work.
