Patrick was very knowledgeable and helpful with both the washer and the dryer. He did maintenance on both my washer and my dryer and was gone in an hour and 15 minutes. Thank you very much Patrick and Sears for helping me out.

Mr. Abel was truly awesome. He asked questions, listened and followed through, even went an extra mile! I was comfortable with him in my home and sharing my true concerns about my appliance. I had a lot of food that spoiled and he made it his concern to note it so I can be reimbursed accordingly; especially with food prices rising. Mr Patrick, very knowledgeable and quick. Right to the point. Although Sears needs to find techs like him where they just come and don’t really know what’s going on with the washer and order anything and leave just for a pay check. Thank Patrick for your kindness!
