Very professional and personable. He went right to work answering all my questions with a smile even though some were stupid. Showed me exactly what was wrong explaining every step and how it would be repaired. Ultimately warranty wouldn't cover cost to fix so they're replacing it. Extremely happy with the service he provided and recommend him highly.

So happy the freezer drawer was just off track causing it to not close properly leading it to frost up. One good pull and push he had it fixed in one minute. Then he showed me how to fix it if it happens again. He was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable about my Samsung frig. Very satisfied, thank you Sears.

Tad was great. Fixed the problem with a new igniter. First moron said the stove had to be replaced. Glad you sent me someone who knows their craft the second time.
