Marcas was absolutely wonderful. He diagnosed my washer on the first visit. Told me what it would cost. Ordered the part which came in within a couple of days. I scheduled my next repair visit to replace the part. Once again Marcas was my repair technician as well. He replaced the part and made sure my washing machine was working properly and the issue I was having did not return. Very pleased with A&E and Marcas their technician.

Technician/service dept communicated throughout process before and day of scheduled appointmnent. . Tech showed up on time with required tools and skillset to complete the job. Repair completed in a reasonable amount of time.
