So happy the freezer drawer was just off track causing it to not close properly leading it to frost up. One good pull and push he had it fixed in one minute. Then he showed me how to fix it if it happens again. He was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable about my Samsung frig. Very satisfied, thank you Sears.

Tad was great. Fixed the problem with a new igniter. First moron said the stove had to be replaced. Glad you sent me someone who knows their craft the second time.

Mr. Abel was truly awesome. He asked questions, listened and followed through, even went an extra mile! I was comfortable with him in my home and sharing my true concerns about my appliance. I had a lot of food that spoiled and he made it his concern to note it so I can be reimbursed accordingly; especially with food prices rising.
