Marcas was absolutely wonderful. He diagnosed my washer on the first visit. Told me what it would cost. Ordered the part which came in within a couple of days. I scheduled my next repair visit to replace the part. Once again Marcas was my repair technician as well. He replaced the part and made sure my washing machine was working properly and the issue I was having did not return. Very pleased with A&E and Marcas their technician.

After a little delay on parts. My technician completed the work and fixed my problems with washer. Even gave some tips on everyday maintenance and washing tips.
