Scott was very friendly and efficient--he got us up and running in just a few minutes! I really appreciated Scott! Sears Home Services, on the other hand, mishandled our first appointment so we were without an oven during Thanksgiving, and then only has an AI customer service unit so you can't really get any answers or work any problems out. They suck.

It still doing the same thing so have not fix it . Would had been better to fix it the first or second time they came and had all tools they need
