Scott did an amazing job fixing my washing machine. He really knows these machines. He had the problem diagnosed in less than 15 minutes and was able fix it quickly, too. I will definitely call Sears for my repairs again.

Scott was very friendly and efficient--he got us up and running in just a few minutes! I really appreciated Scott! Sears Home Services, on the other hand, mishandled our first appointment so we were without an oven during Thanksgiving, and then only has an AI customer service unit so you can't really get any answers or work any problems out. They suck.
