Home all day never got a knock at the door but said we weren’t home with picture of our front door. rescheduled the appoint for same day. Said tech would arrive at 3:13pm and it’s now 6:22pm with no update. Also only a robot to talk to with no helpful information. Picture attached shows when they said I wasn’t here and the new scheduled time at 3:13 and current time at the top left.

Technician never came. Said he called! No phone log call. Charged a service call for 1 1/2 hr to warranty and closed the service appointment. I told them this is fraud! took over 2 hours on phone and computer to finally get another appointment scheduled for 4 days later!

I will not use Sears again. I have had 3 visits to fix the ice machine, spent $1,200 and it has been very unsatisfactory. Every visit was a different repairman and none of them knew what they were doing. There was no record kept so they didn't know what the last person had done and none of them were very polite. I am disgusted. I will find someone local from now on.This is a racket,

Repair came out twice to fix a loud noise in my refrigerator. Both times cost me over $300 and the noise would come back a few days later. When I called customer service, I was hung up on the first time. Tried to call back and had to go through an endless loop of prompts. Finally got hold of a second person. She scheduled an appointment, but I never received any notifications or reminders. On the day of the scheduled repair, no one ever showed up.
