Mark fixed the problem with the washer getting out of balance. However, this morning, the water started to fill the tub. It stops and immediately goes to the spin cycle to empty the washer.

Raul was very cordial and informative about the issues with dryer. He was ordering parts if available. And explained that they would be sent to me if not available locally. When I received the parts, I would need to call in for return to complete repair. I felt that he was thorough and efficient.
