ROY QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND BECAUSE HE HAD AN OEM REPLACEMENT PART ALREADY ON HIS TRUCK HE INSTALLED IT QUICKLY AND EXPERTLY AND MY WASHER WAS BACK IN BUSINESS IN NO TIME AT ALL !!! KUDOS TO SEARS HOME WARRANTY AND ROY !!!

Heater checkup
Edwin came and checked out the heater for winter. He was thorough, professional and friendly. He checked the house for carbon monoxide and checked the alarm I had to monitor carbon monoxide. He advised me to replace the batteries and change the location where I had it located. I appreciated his advise and concern for safety. Great job.
