I had a great experience with the technician (Mr. L.T.) who repaired my refrigerator. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair professionally and efficiently. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was wrong and how it was fixed. My refrigerator is working perfectly now, and I truly appreciate the excellent service. I would gladly recommend this technician to others.

Alexander was great. What is not great is Sears scheduling... 7a to 6p really? And then no way to get up dates as the links sent are broken. The only option is to cancel. Again Alexander is great. Sears scheduling is not recommended đ
