Jinathan was great!! Sears automated system is less than desirable. After I got the part delivered I got and email asking me to confirm, however the automated only gave me this option "Confirm Parts arrive and reshedule." I Didn't want to reschedule. Need an option that only states "Confirm Parts Drlivered."
