The repair person is rude arrogant in his way. I have reconsidered if I will ever buy any items from Sears again especially the warr- anty services from them. After 45yrs. with then. Service is not what it use to be. When service man tells u that he will get there when he does. Appt. was from 10a/2p and he gets there 5:40p.

Technician left without closing attic nor informing me. He was here for A/C leak in attic.Provided me no discussion on issues. I had to request photos after he left. This was 4th call for same leak. Sears had come 2 weeks prior and did nothing to fix. So disgusted with service. I see why Sears is nothing like it was. Has anyone else had their technician not explain their actions or process and just leave without talking to customer or closing up attic.

Terrible experience the first technician who came claimed my washer motor is completely burned out that they could not do anything that I would need to wait for a call to receive a offer bc they do not make this part anymore. He said he called his supervisor no call. He documented he fixed it and case was close the Second time a technician closed my case documented he worked on my washer found the issue and could not contact me. NO ONE CANE TO MY HOME. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would love to speak to someone about this but everything is AI

Tech said he showed up. There was a huge cardboard left with a time, but no one called me to say they were at the house. There is an app to check for estimated time, which tech did not update at all. First it said 9:48am, and then about 10:30 it changed to 11:06, and then that was it. Next I got a bill for $125 labor via email.

Worst experience ever. I made the diagnostic appointment and was told parts needed to be ordered . So I had to take another day of for the repair because they only come Monday thru Friday from 7am to 7pm or 8 am to 5pm. On the second appointment the tech said more parts were needed , so there goes another waste day off. The 3rd appointment my husband took off, I received a text saying that the job had been completed but in reality the tech never came, another waste day. After several calls 4th appointment was made for a Saturday. Two day before my appointment I received a call that they could come on Friday 11/28/25 so I exempted since I was off for the Thanksgiving holiday. On Friday my text stated that the tech would arrive between 8:15 am to 8:45am at 8:30 am I received another text saying the job had been completed, the tech never showed up he just closed the ticket and lied that he had repaired my stove. What ever you do , DO NOT GET A WARRANT SERVICE WITH SEARS. THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY OR RELIABLE. ZERO STARS

I give Sears home service 0 stars ! My appointment was today and no technician showed up. And the update states the technician arrived - but no tech arrived . So here you go Sears…I have been trying to get my washer serviced/ overhauled since February/2025. We are now in the month of July2, 2025 and my washer has not been serviced. Each time I call to complain about this issue- I received excuses from , the order was closed out, unforeseen circumstances the tech had to cancel , and when a tech did arrive , another part had to be ordered, or a tech came 2 separate times and stated he did not have the proper tools to do the repair/ overhaul, it that she parts need to be ordered ( when all the parts are here at my residence, they just need to be installed.) … and many other excuses I have noted each time I call . It is also very very frustrating that each time that when I call Sears- the representative cannot or will not provide me with a number to management or Director to discuss this ongoing issue ! I get told the issue will be escalated and that Supervisor will call me within 2-3 days - well that never happened! No call back from anyone. I have been paying for many years for this Sears Home Protection Repair Service. Why I keep getting so many cancellations and not a single technician wants to do their job what they are being paid to do the job. All I want is for my washer to get repaired. I would greatly appreciate a call from the Director/ CEO to get this resolved and have my washer overhauled.
