In order to plan your workday ahead of my appointment. A smaller window for appointment. 7am-6pm is unacceptable for a working parent.

Past my 1-5pm service window and no texts after the one this morning saying my appt was today. No way to talk to a person through either the 1-800 or local numbers. Online chat has no way to connect to a real person. Link to appointment tracking info sent in morning text has no tracking info.

Appointment was from 8am-12pm and showed up late at 2:30pm. We opened the garage door for him to repair the washer. He went in to repair and when we went to garage to check on the repairs , he was already gone. He did not repair and didn’t tell us he was done or leaving. I received an invoice after he left and said repair completed. He put down the parts were not there and we were not home, Not true, we were in the house and the new parts were next to the door. He never attempted to call us or look for us and just left.

If I could rate it a zero I would. This was the worst experience I have had from a service repair man. From the very beginning, he had no intention of fixing anything. He looked at the problem for less than five minutes said he couldn’t find anything and then left. I found the leak in a matter of 10 seconds when I got home from work. Unfortunately, I could not meet the repair man here, my dad met him here. I have already paid the service fee and have gotten no service. I am posting a photo of the leak but I have a video also. I need to have my repair made.
