Doug has provided service to our dishwasher appliance for several years . His expertise, professionalism, and courtesy is top notch. Sears is lucky to have him. He does not cut corners which is much appreciated. Our dishwasher is running great now. We are extremely satisfied with Sears service and the ease of scheduling appointments also.

They got the job done
I called Oct 23rd for service; Sears techs came on 24th with correct part & fixed issue. The housing for the H²O filter no longer ejected spent filter for replacement. New part working correctly. I only wish I had asked what the cost would've been outside of the Master Protection Plan. It'd be nice to know what I'd saved. :-/
