The repairman was prompt and fast in both diagnosing the problem and making the repair. The system of delivering parts to our house was both slow and confusing with very little assistance from the Sears messaging AI system. We would not use Sears again because of this confusing and slow delivery of parts.

The technician was not prepare, he said he change vehicles and did not have a part to dust the dryer and he said to do it myself.
