The ordering of parts could be over hauled. Parts didn’t come to my home, I had to track them down. Overall my service guy was good.

My wife stayed behind to be at home for the Sears Repair Service to Service our refrigerator. She would later report to me that David was the tech and remarked at how friendly and professional he was. He had someone with him whom he was training, and my wife remarked at how thoroughcand "gentle" he was in teaching the trainee. She also remarked at David and his trainees neatness and cleanliness while conducting the repair. Superb service from him and Sears!
