I appreciate the diagnosis provided by the technician but I would think that anyone who does installation and repairs of appliances would have most potential parts they could need for a repair. I’m baffled that this technician did not have parts.

The tech let freon from the fridge out into the air without opening up a window, giving us prior notification, or stopping it adequately. He repeated closed it with his hands and let it go. We have young children and pets and the smell was giving my husband a headache until he open up our door. He also pulled the fridge forward from the door handles which could've damaged them. Other than that, he communicated with us about his arrival and our fridge does work now, at least.

I called in a request to American home shield because our microwave by GE quit so they sent the Sears repair guy to see what the problem is so when he got there the next day he looked and said the model number faded or wiped off and he could not touch the appliance I said there’s one on the back take it down to see the model number said it wasn’t their policy but it’s your policy to take 125.00 service call fee I chatted back and forth with the the AI the night before sent pictures of what I had no model number it said thanks for letting them know and let’s move on to the other questions that I answered and then the guy gets there and said he can’t do anything per policy that’s crazy I hope to never use them again 🤔😡

My technician did not show up nor call me to get directions if unable to find me!!! NO SHOW NO CALL!!!

I took the entire day off work because it said 8-5. No one showed up and the ticket was completed and closed. Charles C never showed up at my house
