He was great. The only thing was he showed up at very late in the afternoon.

Andy did a good job but whoever set up the route sent him today when the appointment was set up for Thursday 9/17/24 by your office.

I appreciate the diagnosis provided by the technician but I would think that anyone who does installation and repairs of appliances would have most potential parts they could need for a repair. I’m baffled that this technician did not have parts.

The tech let freon from the fridge out into the air without opening up a window, giving us prior notification, or stopping it adequately. He repeated closed it with his hands and let it go. We have young children and pets and the smell was giving my husband a headache until he open up our door. He also pulled the fridge forward from the door handles which could've damaged them. Other than that, he communicated with us about his arrival and our fridge does work now, at least.

Service Tech couldn’t find the problem. We told him the dryer has to run for 20-30 minutes before the issue starts. He left without ever testing the dryer. As soon as he left we tested it and the issue still remains.

I called in a request to American home shield because our microwave by GE quit so they sent the Sears repair guy to see what the problem is so when he got there the next day he looked and said the model number faded or wiped off and he could not touch the appliance I said there’s one on the back take it down to see the model number said it wasn’t their policy but it’s your policy to take 125.00 service call fee I chatted back and forth with the the AI the night before sent pictures of what I had no model number it said thanks for letting them know and let’s move on to the other questions that I answered and then the guy gets there and said he can’t do anything per policy that’s crazy I hope to never use them again 🤔😡

My technician did not show up nor call me to get directions if unable to find me!!! NO SHOW NO CALL!!!

I took the entire day off work because it said 8-5. No one showed up and the ticket was completed and closed. Charles C never showed up at my house

This service was absolutely horrible. I scheduled the day before and they gave a time slot. Received a text that they were on their way while I was at work. The time kept changing to earlier and earlier and when I made arranements to have someone there, within the timeframe, I was notified just by an update on the website that appointment was cancelled because “no one was home” no call, no text nothing! I rescheduled right away, and then the app said they would be there at 12:45, then 11:30, then 12:15, then 2:15, then nothing. I was notified at 3:30 “sorry for the inconvenience” but technician will not be able to make it today. There is absolutely NO WAY to contact a person. They manage everything by AI, and their options are limited to canceling and rescheduling. The chat is a JOKE, also limited to cancel or reschedule. Don’t waste your time.
