The initial appointment day and time wasn’t going to work for me (autogenerated through warranty company). At 10am, I went on the website Sears texted me to see rescheduling options and they still had same-day appointments. A technician came out just a few hours later to diagnose! The needed part arrived the evening of the following Thursday, but my repair appointment wasn’t until Monday. Went back to the website and they had an availability the next day! I got exactly what I wanted without the hassle of calling in and negotiating schedules over the phone. The diagnostician and repair men were super friendly and quick at their jobs, especially Vic. I appreciate having this company in the area and would trust them for future work!

I appreciate my technician’s candor and straight fowardness on repairing my appliance. He made an assessment as to the cost of repair vs replacement. The repair costs could be almost 80% of the cost of a new unit. In the process of purchasing the replacement. Thank you in the speed of setting up the appointment.

If you have a 3rd party extended warranty, be aware that their standard repair companies are possibly going to fall pretty short in a true repair. Speak with them to get a more reputable company. I went through this, and the experience was basically night (blah company) and day (Sears). Sears Appliance Repair were responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and simply got the job done right the first time.
