Technician did a great job. My issue is with the little plastic part (sensor) that caused the drum to spin. We were charged over a hundred dollars for it. The part was ordered from Amazon at under $13. I feel this is crazy unreasonable. Here is a hint: If you are going to price gouge the customer, don't have an Amazon part sent to said customer. We can look it up online!!

Steve was punctual, courteous, professional, and very quick in repairing my washing machine. It needed a sensor replaced, which turned out to be pricey, but Steve was great.
