Technician’s patient and concise explanation of the problem’s resolution is what impressed me the most. The previous technician’s wiring oversight was discovered by Troy and resolved. I’m now reasonably confident my built in oven issues have been solved.

Noah came today to replace some burned out bulbs and check the ice maker. He kept us apprised as to his time status until his arrival. He came in and addressed the light problem found the culprit and took care of it. He was very knowledgeable and had all that he needed to fix the problems. Thanks Noah
