Sergio was very professional. He called to let me know when he was on the way to my house. After he arrived, Sergio clearly explained to me why my fridge wasn’t working and what was needed to fix it. He also informed me about routine maintenance needed for my fridge and why a warranty plan would be a great idea for me to consider. I was very impressed by his service.

Collin was great and quick and gets 5 stars. Sears get 2 stars. My issue is with Sears. 1. I have a 2 story home and in the past they would do a maintenance check on both units. I had to pay for my 2nd heating furnace. In talking with Sears on yesterday for the tech to come back out for my 2nd unit I stated to come between 9 and 12. I had errands to run in the morning and had a meeting in the afternoon. The tech didn't receive those instructions so he drove up right before I did around 8:07 AM. If I had a few minutes late, I probably would have to do a reschedule. And when I looked on the system his arrival was targeted for 10:41 AM. 2. Sears customer service in the past was Great. Now you have to deal with an automated system or bots. I had to call multiple numbers and select an option for another request to get a person so they could transfer me to the right department. I am in the Technology field, was a programmer years ago and they need to do a complete revamp of their system and they need actual customers to perform user testing. I am told they are making changes based on customer feedback but it still has not been implemented. I could go on but I won't. I will say this, my parents had Sears maintenance for our home and that is why we went with Sears for my home. And I have been in my house over 20 years. Sears had a positive presence in the past but the last few years their customer service has gone downhill. Hopefully, the changes will be implemented soon and hopefully, their ratings will go back up. Bots/AI is fine but you should always have an option to speak to someone. Customer Service is key for any business.

Sergio was great. On time, diagnose the problem quickly. Advised me of my options for repairs And an estimated cost of parts and labor. Discussed with me further on whether it would be worth fixing or not, was very honest in his opinions, which I trusted totally.
