I recently had a service appointment with one of your technicians, Sergio, and I want to commend him for his professionalism and performance. He deserves 5 stars for his work. However, I’m writing to express serious concerns about the service request process itself, which I would rate only 1 star. The current system does not allow customers to accurately describe the specific issue with their appliance. Instead, it forces us to choose from a list of limited, predefined options—none of which matched my situation. This makes it extremely difficult for the technician to come prepared, as they arrive without the context or details necessary to properly assess or begin resolving the problem. It also increases the likelihood that additional appointments will be required due to missing parts or lack of preparation. This not only makes the technician’s job harder, but also adds unnecessary inconvenience for customers—especially those who don’t work from home and must take time off work for each visit. I strongly urge you to revise the system to allow customers to input a custom description of the issue. Doing so would streamline the entire process, reduce the need for repeat visits, and enable your technicians to work more efficiently and effectively. It’s a simple change that could significantly improve satisfaction on both sides. Thank you for considering this feedback. I hope to see improvements in the near future. Noah was incredible. He replaced the compressor in our fridge and was patient when it took longer than he'd anticipated. He had other scheduled repairs but he made sure the fridge was fully functional before he left and explained the process to us step by step. Competent, intelligent and very respectful. We're so grateful
