Attempted to service an A/C that was serviced in the past - but they are now saying that it isn't covered. Called customer service multiple times and totally received the runaround. Horrible horrible customer service!

Not too impressed. We have had a dead refrigerator (it's only 6 years old) since mid-January. Delay after delay now on 7th callback. There is no way to contact anyone, no information, nobody to answer a phone call. We were told refrig would be replaced, yet they keep ordering parts from eBay and sticking them in to no avail. The techs are nice, seem to be competent yet they can't fix this frig to save their lives.

This is my second review in 3 days and to say that I’m upset would be an understatement. This is the second time in 3 days that your technician SAID he came (Scott) but never showed up. I received text updates (from a bot) all day starting around 11 am. Each time I received an update the arrival time was delayed until finally it was after 6 pm then finally I get a text asking how he did. WHAT??!! He never came!!! I called my warranty company and they said the case was closed and they were CHARGED for the service!!! What a scam!! You all are LIARS in my book— so dishonest!! And we tried to call your company to check on his arrival and all we got was an automated service— you can’t speak to a real person. If you want me to change this review then a real person can call ME and someone can come fix me refrigerator!! Otherwise I’ll keep believing you guys are BOGUS. No wonder the Better Business Bureau doesn’t back you up. 😡

We have a worst experience with this technician and sears. I donot recommend sears warranty to anyone.they except you to waiting for them from 7:00am to 6:00 pm all day .and for know reason without any calls they cancel your appointment. They donot provide phone number to call anyone.Their technician un skills, rude,and lazy .they keep order a part without a correct diagnosis.they are terrible and dishonest

Terrible experience. I’m not sure why he even stopped by. He was unable to lift the stove top to scan the barcode and showed little effort in trying to resolve the issue. He refused to unscrew the plate and didn’t attempt basic solutions like applying WD-40 or heat to loosen the screws. Instead, he simply complained that the screws were rusty and couldn’t be opened.

He didn’t look like any diagnosis was performed. Instead he gave 1500$ repair coast when New washer cost less than half the repair price.It felt like selling home warranty was the priority .

Sears told me the washer repair would cost $2,200. I paid $1,800 for the washer/dryer SET. The set is 2 years old. Got 2 separate quotes same day all for $400-$600. Both repair men mentioning only one of the parts needed to be replaced, the main control board. Showed each repairman the Sears quote and they were flabbergasted to say the least. Sears, enjoy your $120 bs diagnostic fee and a never again customer!

Do not use these guys!!! This is unforgivable! If there is a 0, I would definitely give them a 0. I took off work today just meet them to get my AC fixed and they got to my house without calling me! They left without even calling me!!!
