Technician did a great job. My issue is with the little plastic part (sensor) that caused the drum to spin. We were charged over a hundred dollars for it. The part was ordered from Amazon at under $13. I feel this is crazy unreasonable. Here is a hint: If you are going to price gouge the customer, don't have an Amazon part sent to said customer. We can look it up online!!
