Steve was punctual, courteous, professional, and very quick in repairing my washing machine. It needed a sensor replaced, which turned out to be pricey, but Steve was great.

I had Sears repair my Maytag dryer. The technician Stephen did a great job. He also explained to me how to keep the dryer in better working condition. That was very helpful. Overall Sears can be more expensive but they do thorough work! So I would recommend them.
