Very nice and knowledgeable repair man. My only ask is to have time slots available instead of entire days. You never know when they are coming until the morning of.

Job is done finally after multiple visits. Could have taken less visits if the problem is looked at holistically and ordered all parts in one go. Definitely need to improve in that as my Range took almost 2 months for getting it fixed.

Your scheduling system is the worst. You give customers a 8 am to 5 pm window...which is a joke. And your text messages say that the technician will call on the morning of the service date...that didn't happen. Both days the technician arrived well after 6:00. The repairs were made satisfactorily but the lateness, and no way to actually speak to a representative for an update is just simply unacceptable.

When asked to put on shoe cover or take off his shoes, his replied was clean then walked straight to the dryer. Asked if there’s any noise since there is no noise does not need to be fix and took all the parts he ordered with him without asking if he can take them.
