Please, please stay away from this company do not trust and they lie to you. They technician can said they came and fix my freeze. They never showed up to my house. They completed it from their home at Little M and they sit home and they completed and get their money, but they never service my fridge. Can you send me the bill of land?

Stay away from them Donot ever use this company they lie to you and donot do service for you. Stay away from it technician said the order is complete and they did not even show up to come see my fridge they completed. They said there was no power to it and there was issues and the refrigerator is not working. Just everything is lie to you.

Unprofessional! Waste of time! Zero star for Collin, the service Tech Zero Star for sears appliance repair. Not able to talk to a live agent. Ridiculously 11 hour window given for repair service Here’s what happened: I was given an 11 hour window for HVAC service. A window between 7am - 6pm. On the said day of service I got an e-mail at 0728 that service technician Colin will be arriving between 3:06pm and 4:09pm. Then later got an updated email at 1224 that he will be arriving between 5:21pm and 6:59pm. Only for me to hear a knock at the door at 1330. No phone call, no text, no email. Just showed up. So I questioned him why no phone call update and he answered me saying his phone is not working and said to me “do you need your AC fixed or are you just going to stand there and question me” he then proceeded to leave saying I’m being argumentative and I should call my warranty company . Left without providing service.

Dishwasher leaking. First guy said it was the seal. $400 to fix it. I paid. Ordered to earliest date. Time and time again technician “on his way” and then pushed out (4 times over two weeks) Guy finally showed up, couldn’t find my ticket, finally called me and said the “board” was fried-very suspicious as the first guy didn’t say anything. Price was now over $1000! I told him to leave and he was rude saying I don’t know anything. This service is 100% AI with no options and no feedback and no number to call or complain. I’ve used these guys for years, but I think they must of sold out to someone else who SUCKS! Run don’t walk away from Sears home service

So scheduled have used before and today the guy said "new policy we dont move anything out from wall" so let me get this straight you are hoping I a 70 year old customer paying for your service will move it and pay YOU for service? Or You think vents are now in the front of dryers to clean? Truly a joke service gave me a 12 hour window calls and asks what needed and then get here and decide TOO MUCH OF A JOB TO CLEAN a vent ! Sesrs you should be ashamed advertising falsely. Never a fool twice

The technician communicated prior to arrival with an arrival time. Upon arriving, I offered to share a video of the noise to which the technician refused and said that he does not listen to videos and must hear it directly for himself. He spent about 45 minutes attempting to diagnose the washing machine. While the washer was in the middle of a cycle, I pointed out the noise to which he suggested it was the clutch. I asked how much and he pulled up the parts and one of the parts was no longer available. When I told him that the noise is much louder during the drain and spin part of the cycle, I change the washer to drain and spin. The noise was very apparent and the technician said it was the drain motor. To which, if he had listened to the video, it would have saved him an hour of labor. He said that something was inside and we could use the washer as is and deal with the noise. I asked if he could undo the drain hose to look inside to see if there was anything easy to grab. He only removed the hose and didn’t remove the pump itself to have a better view inside. Ultimately I paid the trip charge and he left. I just spent 30 minutes myself and removed the 1 screw and the hose and found the collar stay and removed it. Yes, I could have done that originally, however, the technician was right there with another 5 minutes could have resolved the issue. Being proposed $900 dollar clutch replacement or $450 pump replacement when this was as simple as removing 5 total screws and looking inside a pump, it could have been a simple trip charge and fix. I will not be using Sears A&E services again.

I'm disappointed to have a company (Sears) give you an appointment 7 days out from your Home Warranty request, and then have the technician say it would be an extra charge to replace a part, after the paid deductible covered under the home warranty. I guess everybody is a scammer these days.
