Part that was serviced was immediately dripping annd leaking again two days later. There is no phone number that is manned by an actual person so it is impossible to get them to come back out and fix what they did. I have to start a whole new repair and pay another fee. 0/10, would not recommend.

After my usual repairman retired suddenly, I called Sears Appliance Repair. I'd had them work on my washer years ago and was pleased, so I reached out again. Why? I have Kenmore appliances which have lasted 20 years and have always had Kenmore or Whirlpool appliances. They are fantastic! However, this company's service is not. #1 - Let's start with the $119 service call charge. If you have them repair it, then it's built in to the price, so they say. #2 - The first person diagnosed the problem & ordered the part. #3 - The second person (different & who barely spoke English) who was to install it said I didn't need it. That my dryer was working just fine & that I should just replace it with electric not gas appliances. He also said the problem was in my ventilation which I'd had serviced just 5 months prior. I proceeded to decline the repair & contact my duct guy. He came $80 and showed me how clean they still were. (Now I'm out $128 + $80) I call Sears back, explain the situation after finally reaching an actual person, only to be told they can't set up an appointment because their system was down. I was told call back 24 hours later on a Saturday. I try calling again on Monday (through their AI maze phone system), finally reach someone. This person had me repeating the exact same basic information not once but three times, because she wasn't really listening in the first place. I also specifically told her I didn't want the same technician (#2) to return. She assured me I wouldn't and I wouldn't be paying for the service call since it was the same issue. When I got the text telling me technician was on the way, it showed the same guy & $120 charge!!!! NEVER will I ever contact Sears Appliance Repair for service!!!! And YES, I'll be sharing my horrible experience with everyone I know.

No Star. I am still waiting since 1 week for repair person to come. I had mentioned thrice when I called, text/ emailed that service call is for GE electric stove right front burner. Appointment was canceled last week, on the day of Appointment without detail explanation. Today it was canceled again because the repair person had wrong appliance ticket sent. Extremely unprofessional and uncaring service.

It’s very frustrating to see the technician spend less than a minute concluding that the part is unavailable and suggesting replacing the entire fridge without even attempting a proper inspection. This lack of effort is extremely disappointing. Now, I’m left with no choice but to call another technician to assess the situation and determine possible solutions.
