SCOTT CAME ON TIME AND DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, ALREADY HAD THE PART ON HIS TRUCK, MADE THE REPAIR (NO MESS) PICKED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND HAD US BACK IN BUSINESS IN NO TIME. HE DID A GREAT JOB.

Augustine was great, as always. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for whoever answers the phone when I am trying to get the repair v. replacement issue resolved. Hopefully it is now resolved, at least for the time being, but I am VERY unhappy with the phone "service" I received.
