Scott was awesome!! He came prepared, had all of the parts and fixed my washer right up. While fixing the problem I reported, he found another problem. When I explained to him that noise was "normal", he chuckled and told me it wasn't normal. He scheduled another appt for me right then and ordered the other part that I didn't know I needed. Scott was very professional and took care of everything. Now I can wash laundry and not have to turn the TV up to drown out the spin cycle sound.

The service repair man Scott, was very professional and was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, made the repair and was done. All within fifteen minutes of arriving!! Excellence in service!!!

Technician is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. Reattached the oven door to the range that gad been accidently pulled out. No parts needed or special tool. It was just in the know how, and he just fixed it. Great job! Thanks to Augustine
