Super pleased with Sears Home Services! My service tech is Scott and he is absolutely amazing! Scott explained everything to me that he was doing, super knowledgeable, very professional and very nice. Scott is the reason I will use Sears Home Services again!

Scott was extremely knowledgeable about the job at hand, very professional in every manner. Made sure job was complete , cleaned up area and also didn’t mind explaining every step of the way. He had the part on hand and had the heating element installed in no time. Same day we were back up and drying , just in time for weekend company. Could not recommend a better technician for the task.

SEARS HOME REPAIR SERVICES ARE THE BEST!!!! GOT AN APPOINTMENT THAT SAME DAY THRU DEBBIE (ACTUAL HUMAN) & SCOTT SHOWED LATER THAT DAY!!! I WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED! SCOTT WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS JOB & VERY HUMBLE. I LEARNED ALOT FROM HIM. I'M HEAVILY CONSIDERING TAKING OUT THEIR SEARS PROTECTION PLAN IN THE FUTURE TOO, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE MY TOWN IS CONSIDERED "RURAL" AND HOME WARRANTY SERVICES HAVE A HARD TIME FINDING PROVIDERS...
