Had my kenmore refrigerator repaired because it was not cooling and 40 days later it started doing the same thing. Sears only has a 30 day warranty on parts and labor. Had another repair company come out and they said that it wasn’t repaired correctly. Was on the phone with sears to try and get them to come back out but was told that I would have to pay for any service visits and any repairs done. Never use sears appliance repar service!

Came and pressed one button on our flooded washer. Although the water drained, I asked him to check the pump to make sure it was not the issue, and joked saying I wouldn't want him back tomorrow. He didn't check. Washer is broken still and a technician is back on the way today.

I was charged over $300 to replace a simple belt. I WILL not use Sears appliance repair again. I could have brought a new washing machine for what I paid Sears
