We have had Scott fix our appliances 3 different times. His personality, knowledge, and efficiency are unmatched. His promptness and communication on his arrival time is very appreciated, too. All of this equates to Excellent customer service which is extremely important to companies and their customers. Scott is one of the best technicians I have ever dealt with.
