The service technician did an excellent job, and he was very efficient and professional. The service center notification for the appointment date and time needs to be improved. It would be nice to have a more specific date and time, or at least morning versus afternoon. The notification showed up in my email on the day of the appointment.

Got there early and got the job done. Dryer sounds new again. Just wish that labor price was lower. Ouch!
