Terrible service. Arranged to be home from work and then they rescheduled. All communication is from bots. ***EDIT: Sears' reply below directs me to a website with no contact info, and to a phone number that states it is an "AI only service and that a live agent is not available". Unbelievable. Can someone provide me with meaningful contact info please? Upon rescheduling, I was given an appointment window of 11 HOURS. The service tech texted me to tell me he was on the way in 10 minutes. How is anyone supposed to plan to be available for an appliance repair when they work?!? Am I supposed to use a week's worth of vacation just in case they decide to send a service technician to my house? The service technician spent 15 minutes here, and misdiagnosed the rattling sound. If I had been able to plan to be at home, I could have communicated to them that the sound was coming from the bottom, not the top, of the dryer.

Over $500 to replace a washer drain pump that they don't carry on their truck. Charging $150 for a $25 part on Amazon. Rescheduled my appointment without telling me after waiting around for a technician. Call center is in India and can barely speak English. Horrible service, although technician was friendly.

Oven repaired 6/19. Over $800 for repair , motherboard and fuse. Oven stopped working August 30th. Was told warranty was only 30 day. Repairman didnt even test to see if it was a fuse, short, or the board again. Barely opened oven. Very poor service.

They ordered the parts to my refrigerator then came back about 3 weeks later stating they didn’t have the parts then rescheduled me for another week then canceled my appointment. I’m now over a month with a non working refrigerator and no one is answering they have AI as customer service

Cancelled my appointment the day of. Only options over a week later. Wait time is all day! Complaints can’t be sent to anyone. Use only AI to communicate with you. The worst service company I’ve ever seen. Would never suggest anyone use such worthless company.

DO NOT HIRE THEM... BEEN RESCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENT SINCE JUNE 14 2025. SAID PARTS WERE ORDERED BUT NEVER WERE, DIDNT WANT TO REFUND ME MY FULL MONEY. SINCE ONE OF THERE DUMB EMPLOYEES CAME OUT WITH NO TOOLS NO NOTHING BUT CHARGED ME A DIAGNOSTIC FEE. DO NOT HIRE THEM.

My appointment was to start between 12:33pm and 1:14pm tech didn’t show up til almost 5:30pm and my machine is still not working. Put in control board and left. Machine made same error code again and quit working. I can’t get ahold of a person to speak to.
