Rework service for Samsung Electric Dryer
Michele did an outstanding repair. Corrected what was wrong from the first device call. She returned with a great attitude & dryer was working properly when She left. The only problem I had was when I would Sears direct about the service & the main thing He kept telling me about possible a 4 hour window for service was ( YOU KNOW THE DRILL ) it's between 7 AM & 6 PM. No empathy, no sincere concern just a frigid answer like I was bothering Him. He needs to be reprimanded or He will drive business away !!!

Quinton has been here a couple of times, and each time he has done an excellent job. He is so personable and professional. He just goes to work and doesn't come up until he has finished the job! I have very much enjoyed him working in my home. He is always on time and if the job needs parts he orders them and comes back when he says he will. He is an asset to your company!
