Our Sears home technician was very knowledgeable and fixed our issue. The technical issues trying to communicate with Sears were very poor, however.

The technician was friendly, arrived on time, and completed the task quickly and efficiently. Little more expensive than I would've hoped for. The part was $205 the labor was $320. It took the technician about 20 minutes to repair the part and even less time to diagnose it initially. That is a pretty steep hourly rate!

The techs did what they could to remove ice maker and add new one that still doesn’t work.

The service techs were polite, helpful and quick at their jobs. Truly appreciate that. The parts costs are a joke...ordered from Amazon for what appeared to be about $50...BUT my bill shows $270 for parts...that's quite the mark-up, no?
