Tech was Michelle Alderman 705186. Did a wonderful job. Very neat and clean. Answered all questions. Very knowledgeable. Arrived on time. Part had not been delivered, went on line to find out where part was. Found out was in part review. She instructed me that I would here back within 2 weeks.

Quinton was knowledgeable and helpful and saw the problem right away and fixed it. However, getting in touch with a human at sears appliance repair is almost impossible and very frustrating. Quinton though was great!

Shawn was very prompt and was neatly dressed. Very polite and went to work immediately. He checked my dryer and found nothing wrong but told me what to do. He also checked my washer for leaks because of a stain on the floor. He found the bottom of the washer dry. I appreciate him doing the extra check.

On appointment day I am able to view a link showing me where they are with expected arrival time and complete with technicians name and picture. Ben always leaves me with excellence advice on maintaining my riding mower. I get helpful and cheerful customer service every time.
