Shawn, with Sears Home Repair came in response to my stepdad's request under our Choice Home Warranty for a dryer that was no longer drying. Shawn took all of 20 minutes to diagnose the problem, remove the burned out part, install the new one thanked us and was out the door. Waited 2 hours, fired up the dryer and it works and functions like new. Thanks Sears Appliance Home Repair and Thanks to Shawn for a great job and a very friendly disposition. Take care and keep up the 5 Star Service, you never know who may be watching you.

Tech was Michelle Alderman 705186. Did a wonderful job. Very neat and clean. Answered all questions. Very knowledgeable. Arrived on time. Part had not been delivered, went on line to find out where part was. Found out was in part review. She instructed me that I would here back within 2 weeks.

Quinton was knowledgeable and helpful and saw the problem right away and fixed it. However, getting in touch with a human at sears appliance repair is almost impossible and very frustrating. Quinton though was great!

Shawn was very prompt and was neatly dressed. Very polite and went to work immediately. He checked my dryer and found nothing wrong but told me what to do. He also checked my washer for leaks because of a stain on the floor. He found the bottom of the washer dry. I appreciate him doing the extra check.
