The Sears Appliance repair service organization "The System" is a total disaster. I would not use this "system" again if my life depended on it. HOWEVER - the actual repair tech guys that I have been involved with - Shawn and Rick - were SUPER guys at doing their job. These service guys are the only thing keeping this repair service's "system" from imploding on its own stupidity. 5+ stars for the repair guys. 10 x -10 to the 10th power for the inept system they are forced to work under. Call me if you want more info. Happy to provide the hidious details.
