Our repairman was dealing with a repair started by another technician, so, when there were still problems after installing the ordered parts, he had to contact a technician with more expertise in diagnosis. Good to see how the repairmen work together to resolve any issues. A new microwave is to be installed on 7/23.

Rick was very kind, supportive and understanding. He did fantastic and has extremely amazing costumer service skills. I can't say enough about how great Rick was and how helpful. It means everything that he took the time to recognize me as a person and was willing to help in anyway. However, for the company itself Sears needs to get rid of the AI communication for upper management because it's trash and no one ever responded to me regarding my issues.
