The repair technician was professional, worked hard and quickly.

The technician was friendly, arrived on time, and completed the task quickly and efficiently. Little more expensive than I would've hoped for. The part was $205 the labor was $320. It took the technician about 20 minutes to repair the part and even less time to diagnose it initially. That is a pretty steep hourly rate!

He was polite, got the dryer working, but he forgot to put a part back. So I'm not even sure I can use it. I've texted him the picture and I've not heard back yet.

Eliseo was polite and knowledgable. However I did not get a written diagnosis of the problem. Samsung will not honor warranty without a written diagnosis. That is why I gave this service call a lower rating. It has been IMPOSSIBLE to get a live agent at Sears to solve this problem. The AI choices do not address this and are completely inadequate. So frustrating!

The service techs were polite, helpful and quick at their jobs. Truly appreciate that. The parts costs are a joke...ordered from Amazon for what appeared to be about $50...BUT my bill shows $270 for parts...that's quite the mark-up, no?

He fixed my dishwasher but damaged my cabinet trim, left off one of the clips that secure the dishwasher in place and a rubber piece was torn off and left off. It was a Home Warranty Repair
